Keep Reading Kristen started the same way many good stories do — with staying up far too late saying, “Just one more chapter.”

What began as a love of reading slowly turned into something much bigger: a community built around books, fandom, author conversations, travel, conventions, and rediscovering joy through stories.

These days, you’ll usually find me talking about fantasy and LitRPG books, interviewing authors for the Ascension Protocol book club and @keepreadingkristen, planning my next international adventure, attending concerts and conventions, or convincing myself I definitely have room for one more book on the shelf.

After nearly 20 years as an elementary teacher, I realized I wanted to build a life that felt bigger, more adventurous, and more connected to the things that truly bring me joy. Somewhere along the way, this space stopped being just about books and became about reinvention, creativity, community, and saying yes to new adventures.
